• I’ve installed dhlexpresscommerce and they have told me it is all set up correctly. The api and I’ve selected DHL in the shipping zone. However on checkout I get the message:There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    why is this?

Copying that data here will not and cannot work here. It just creates a mess that has no value.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ or the like instead and share a link to that paste in reply here.

    Hi @lucytech,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you’re seeing the message “There are no shipping options available” during checkout.

Before we continue, I’d like to mention that in this forum we only provide support for WooCommerce core features. Issues related to third-party plugin integrations, such as DHL Express Commerce, fall outside the scope of the support we can provide here.

Since the plugin’s support team has already confirmed that the integration is configured correctly, let’s first determine whether the issue is related to WooCommerce itself or the DHL plugin.

For testing purposes, could you please:

    1. Temporarily deactivate the DHL Express Commerce plugin.
    2. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping and add a Flat rate shipping method to the relevant shipping zone.
    3. Visit the checkout page and check whether the Flat rate shipping method appears.

If you still see the same issue even with the Flat rate shipping method, could you please share a screenshot of your shipping zone and shipping methods under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping?

You can use the following tool to upload your screenshot and share the link with us:

Once we have this information, we’ll be happy to assist you further.
