    Hi,
    I purchased the developer version of this plugin on 11/19/24 through your website. After purchasing I was never redirected to a link to download this upgraded version. I also never received an email with a link or license number for the upgraded version. I’ve sent two emails through your website contact form inquiring about this and also reached out directly to the @gmail.com address that was attached to our invoice. I’m getting very frustrated as this is delaying my project. Please advise.

    I purchased the developer version of your plugin on November 28, 2024, through your website. However, I was not redirected to a download link for the updated version after completing the purchase. Additionally, I did not receive an email with a download link or license number.

    I have sent two inquiries via the contact form on your website and also reached out directly to the @gmail.com address listed on the invoice. Unfortunately, I have not received a response.

    This delay is causing significant frustration as it’s holding up my project. Could you please provide the necessary download link or license information as soon as possible?
