Detailed instructions – I need help

I’m using c-panel and I’m trying to install wordpress to a sub directory. I think I’m making progress although I’m not sure.

What I’ve done so far:
– downloaded the files: I can now see them in file manager. Do I need to do something with the files (unzip etc.) or is that now complete?

– Looked in mysql, it appears user related to wordpress has already been setup & given all privileges. Do I need to do anything else?

– This is where I get lost, the instructions now ask me to enter phpMyAdmin. It appears like mysql a database has already been setup for me. Do I need to do anything else here? it mentions privileges but I don’t see a place to add privileges.

– in the next sections is asks me to create MySQL user database using by running a MySQL Shell. What is a Shell? and what do I do with the code or syntax?

– I also entered this “http://domain.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php into a browser and it stakes that wordpress is already installed.
