Hello,
This seems to be related to the plugin: Migrate WordPress Website & Backups – Prime Mover. Is this correct?
If there is a backup of the orders before the migration, it is possible to recover them.
Since the same question is on both forum threads, I’ll mark this as resolved and will keep the other one open (so that anyone is able to chime in to help you out), in accordance with our forum policies.
Thank you.

The orders, customers and users exist however the relation between the customer within the orders is broken.
We have a backup and live site running. What can we do to restore them ?
Thanks

Can this be re-opened and I’ll update the other thread.
This is best dealt with here.

Thank you, it looks like it could of been caused by the user IDs changing.
I need a way to re-assign the customer order based on the email used for the order or similar. Re-importing doesn’t fix the issue either.
With thousands of orders it is not feasible to do manually.
Appreciate any help here.

It looks like you are getting replies on the other thread too, but as an alternate solution, you can use another plugin to export customers including their IDs from your old site and import them to the new site:

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.
