    Hi,
WP Version 6.0.1 – Autoptimze 3.1.1.1 -> my Acronix FAQs have problems with the collapse feature. Installing Accordion FAQs -> also have Problems – deactivating Autoptimze helps -> ?

First and foremost try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be πŸ™‚

    Hi Frank,
Wow, extrem quick response – thanks.
I hav not used Image optimization. Now i tried teh sections separatley. Unfortunatley – all three – JS, CSS and HTML have an Impact on the FAQ behavior.

If i disable JS optimization -> all Questions are folded, without Icon, without interaction possibility; enalbe JS, but disable CSS -> all questions and answers are unfolded, with an Icon – but without interaction possibility; Enable JS and CSS but disable HTML -> all is unfolded but Icon is away.
So it is not one single attribute which is responsible for the beaviour.
If all 3 attribute Sections are enabled: Acronix shows all Questions and answers unfolded with Icon but with no possibility to interact.

    Hope this helps
All Attributes in the special section have no impact to the beaviour.

hmm, easiest solution would be to edit the page that contains the FAQs and in the “autoptimize this page”-metabox simply disable AO for that page specifically. let me know if that does the trick! πŸ™‚

    Hi
    YEs – and NO
Yes, if i disable the AO per Page – this page is shown correctly. To be honest – till now i have not known that AO per pages is possible.

But – AO not only breaks my FAQs. As is see now – also teh embedded Pictures are not shown (except the slider)

SO Es – this would help, but no – because of the not shown pictures

as I don’t have a URL I can’t be sure, but you’re likely using a JS-based lazyload solution (but not AO’s), so you’ll have to exclude that plugin’s JS from lazyloading.

I don’T know another plugin where i optimize JS…? Haven’f found something on my site…?!

OK, can you try excluding wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/assets/js/tc-scripts.min.js (or even wp-content/themes/customizr/) from JS optimization?

    well;

    1. go to settings -> autoptimize -> JS, CSS & HTML
    2. under JS optimization find the “Exclude scripts from Autoptimize” field
    3. in there add wp-content/themes/customizr/
    4. click “save changes and empty cache”
    5. clear any page cache you might have
    6. retest

let me know how that goes πŸ™‚

Almost – the FAQs can be folded in and out, the images are displayed on the pages. But – the graphic elements in the FAQs are missing – the + symbol, the frames, the color

    (@optimizingmatters)

well, for FAQ you can still disable AO (JS or CSS opt) at page level? πŸ™‚

    (@ahmed2340)

    Hi
Yes, i can do so. I have FAQs on 4 pages – i can disable AO on these pages.
I only wanted to show you the situation.
Later i will disable AO on the FAQ pages.
    Thanks

try disabling just CSS or just JS optimization on those pages to have the smallest impact possible πŸ™‚
