Design Issue

I’m trying to determine why my design block looks one way when I’m editing but in production on my site, it looks totally different. I want it to look the way it does in editing with the spread out text, not clumped together in a skinny row. There is no other element on the right of the page that is preventing it from spreading out to the rest of the block.
