Design help recommendation

Hello,

I know these forums are a free community where help and guidance is offered at no monetary charge, but I’m looking to hire a freelance designer and was hoping someone could do a design for me or point me in the right direction..

If so, here’s what I’m looking for.. I have a theme I purchased a few years ago and I hired a designer to tweak the aesthetic to what I had in mind but didn’t have the know-how to do. I still have that same theme’s original files, but unfortunately not the redesign. I contacted the original designer, but he may not be doing that work anymore as I’ve yet to hear back from him. So, in short, it’s not a ground up design. It’s basically changing the colors and making sure it all functions properly so I can start adding contact (I’ve already bought a hosting package). I do have a screen capture of the design for reference.

Any help would be appreciated.
