I had the same issue then I realized that I didn’t check the -customizable product check box on the product detail page. If the check box is blank the Design from blank won’t work. Also if you click the button is directs you to the customize page, and you can see the warning ” No customizable product selected”
After you check the box it will work.

Go to Settings > Permalinks
I set the Permalinks to Default and the customizer page now shows up.

It’s a permalink refresh issue. I’ll put the fix online in few hours. You can put it back to post name and it should work just fine.

No but that feature can be easily added. But you’ll have to order the pro version and then ask for a customization job.
I keep getting a white screen with the plugin in place. I have had it far enough to get the settings configured, but then I will get a white screen again.

In the plugin general settings do you have the parameter “Automatically append canvas to the customizer page” set to yes?
Hi, Thanks for writing back. I had the “Automatically append canvas to the customizer page” set to “yes”. I just changed it to “no”, but I have the same result. It immediately went to a blank screen, and I’m not seeing any debug information with WP_DEBUG on.
