Design Card is Not Working

In two websites I have installed your plugin but the design card functionality is not working as same as other websites. And even the backend is different it shows all fields on the card design: https://ibb.co/3dNDWWD but in another website, it is showing only a single check box: https://ibb.co/WzfWdKY . How can I get the design like this: https://ibb.co/CbJRpC0. And both are the same version. Please help
