Descriptions not appearing on website

    Hi, descriptions are not appearing on our website for any of the articles. Any insight on how I might fix this would be very appreciated. Thanks.

    What do you mean by “descriptions”?

    Hi, when I post an article there is a space for the text (like the main content of the article) and then there is a part for descriptions in the Post Template, here are the instructions:

    “Description
    Add the description to be shown in italics on the article. This description should describe the article <script></script>and will be shared on Social Media alongside the article link. Note: If article was created before August 2020, there may be a saved value in the database which can be overwritten using this field.”

    BUT when I go to post an article, the description does not show up when posted, Thanks for helping out!

    That sounds like something from your theme. I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/colormag#new-post so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
