Descriptions missing HTML

    I’m trying to make a page that will be showing the Product Description (Not the Short Description) using 

    $product->get_description();

    That works fine *except* that the HTML I’ve used on the product page has been stripped off so that paragraphs are not working.

    How can I get the HTML from the Product Page to work on the front end?
