    I think I may be overlooking this setting…

    On pinterest, I add descriptions of my pins, however when I import the pins, the description does not import as well. I have to go to pinterest and copy/paste each one to the associated image. How can I set this to be an automatic import?

    Also, how do I prevent previously imported pins from reimporting?

    Hi @sphynxma,
    I have to check about the descriptions, i’ll let you know.
    About pins not being imported several time, each WordPress entry has its Pinterest ID stored as post meta.
    When trying to importing a pin, the plugin first check we have no WordPress entry with this Pinterest ID yet.

    Importing descriptions should work now. Can you confirm ?

    Thank you for adding this feature, however I have not been able to test it.

    WordPress released an update and it doesn’t seem to be compatible with your plugin.

    Now when I login to the pinterest through the plugin, it allows me to login, but then only shows

    Pinterest Importer
    Proudly already imported 19 pins ! Happy with that ? Reviewing the plugin and make a donation would help!

    The menu tabs for the plugin like “plugin option” disappears as well, however it shows BEFORE I log in.

    None of the pins show anymore.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that does not fix the issue. 🙁

    Please advise

    Hi @sphynxia,

    I discovered that this is not because of WordPress 4.6 but because something changed on the Pinterest website.

    I made an update so the plugin doesn’t crash anymore, but still, you can’t import your pins.

    I need some time to fix it. Meanwhile, I close this topic and have opened a new one for this issue.
