Deprecated function call in wc_gateway_mpay24_install()

Hello,

I just installed your plugin and got a debug log message that indicates that $wpdb->supports_collation() is deprecated since WP 3.5 and $wpdb->has_cap('collation') should be used instead (at line 19 of woocommerce-mpay24-gateway/admin/gateway-mpay24-install.php).
