    Dear all,
    your demo website https://ultimatememberdemo.com doesn’t work.

    I tried to register my account/membership with two different email addresses but I haven’t received any notifications yet since yesterday. If I try to register again with the same email address, your demo explain that my request is still pending.

    Could you confirm your demo is working good?

    I can confirm that registration and login are functional, please check your spam folder as the emails may be blocked by the spam filter.

    In my opinion this is not a good “business card” for your service; after three days this issue isn’t solved.

    Hi @simonealessandrini,

    Have you checked your spam folder, what email domain do you have?
    We’ve double-checked this with different email addresses and none of them had any issues with activation message. Have you tried with other email address?
    I’m afraid, this is something on your end.

    Dear all,
    finally I received your email to reset my password. I changed it, but when I tried to login again, your demo answered with two not coherent information:
    Your account is awaiting e-mail verification.
    You have successfully changed your password.

    Please help me in order to solve this issue definitely.

    I add that if your demo is so “efficient”, I’m not sure it’s what I really need as plugin. Am I wrong?

    Issue solved by myself creating a new email address (the third one!) with a gmail domain.

    Let’s discover this plugin demo!

    I just hope to find a tougher help from you in the future.
