Hi, a Delivery Status Notification keeps coming back to me. It seems that it keeps trying to send from my website’s SMTP. How can this be stopped? It is an email that went, probably as a test, to the wrong address .com.ar. The point is that the system does not stop sending.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @ppantaleo,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share the SMTP settings you’re using and sample of the email you’re receiving? You’re probably receiving the bounce emails that are not delivered due to wrong/incorrect recipient. For some mailers, this is default behaviour, but you might want to check if you have Return Path enabled in the settings.

    I hope this helps!

Hello, thanks for the answer. The email that does not stop arriving is the following. I have already corrected the shipping address that was wrong and the plugin that was sending it. But it keeps coming.https://snipboard.io/kGnKCE.jpg

I don’t have the route activated, do I activate it? https://snipboard.io/YTgw7a.jpg

    Hi @ppantaleo,

Thanks for the details! The email message is a bounce delivery report email sent by Gmail which is a default when you’re using Gmail mailer because they keep trying to deliver the message for 72 hours. You might need to identify the plugin sending email to an incorrect email address.

    Regards,
