• On our website when we apply delivery filter, it is not working properly.

Here is an explanation of the problem:

    1. Default (or in native language Odaberite sve) is working as expected. It is showing all the products
    2. In stock (or in native Dostava za 2 dana) it doesn’t show all the products, as expected. Here is the link example https://baucentar.ba/product-category/bastenski-alati-i-masine/busaci-za-zemlju-i-pribor/ (the last filter is the one in the question). One product is missing. On some other pages more products are missing
    3. On backorder (or in native Dostava za 5 dana) it “works” in the same way as In stock.

I have done multiple indexing and re-indexing. Deleted cache, WooCommerce and general. What am I missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Since you’ve already re-indexed the filters and cleared the cache, could you please try the following steps in order?

    1. Go to Behavior → Main and enable Force Theme Templates (if it isn’t already enabled). Then save the filter and test again.
    2. In the same Behavior → Main tab, check the Product Container Selector field. If you know your theme’s product container selector (for example, .products), please enter it and test again. If you’re unsure, you can leave it empty for now.
    3. Verify that the products missing from the filtered results have the correct Delivery value assigned (e.g. “Dostava za 2 dana” or “Dostava za 5 dana”). If they are variable products, please also check that the variations are configured correctly.
    4. If the issue still persists, please temporarily deactivate other plugins and, if possible, switch to a default WordPress theme to rule out a plugin or theme conflict.

Please let us know the results after trying these steps, and we’ll be happy to investigate further if needed.

    Regards,
