• Hi,

I currently have the default delivery rule set to 2-4 days for all products. I then have another rule for stock items where I select it to apply when the stock quantity is greater or equal to 1, and have this set to next-day delivery.

This works great, stock items show next-day delivery, and non-stock items show 2-4 days. However, the delivery date isn’t changing if a customer orders more than we have in stock. For example, if we have 1 unit in stock, and a customer orders 2 units, they still get the in stock date (next-day) instead of it switching to the out of stock date (2-4 days).

Is there a way to get this to update?

    Many thanks,

    Harrison

    Hi @harrydummett ,

I have sent your question to our developers. Today I received a response that probably, it is due to the fact that our plugin relies on real-time stock of products, thus it might not be working if the rules for stock are not applicable/satisfied. Sometimes, caches might be the source of the issue as well.

Our developers said this could be difficult for us to offer any further instructions as it depends on the stock update and the reload of the database.
    Best regards.
