    Hi there. We can’t fit more than 12 tonne bulk bags on our large trucks. A customer has ordered 17 this morning which means 2 trips. Woocommerce shipping has calculated the distance rate fine but it’s based on one trip. Does anyone know where to locate and apply a rule based on shop variations? ie. if ‘bulk bag’ is greater than 12, apply ‘x’…

    The scenario you’ve described should be possible to configure using the PRO version of Flexible Shipping since it supports shipping classes, however, this forum is dedicated to the free version only.
