Deleting Huge IT Slider and the SQL tables

    I deleted Huge It Slider about 1 week ago.

    There are 3 tables in my SQL database still devoted to that slider. They occupy 7,978 rows and 800 MB of space. In other words, deleting the plugin did not delete the files.

    Can I just delete those tables, rows, & files directly from the SQL data base in my hosting control panel?

    Would there be any side effects of doing this?
