Deleting old files.

I’m doing a little clean-up on my WordPress and I noticed there are files that seems un-needed for my current version.
On my other WordPress site it was deleted automatically when I upgraded to 3.3.2.
So I want to make sure that the old files I’m deleting manually are “safe” and “correct” to be deleted permanently.

The files I spotted are:
wp-atom.php
wp-commentsrss2.php
wp-feed.php
wp-rdf.php
wp-rss.php
wp-rss2.php

If I delete these will it affect with plugins?
