Assuming of course it is really your email address.
Anyone (almost) who operates a forum or site can see information that registered yes. If an admin wanted they can look at any number of things via the database, PM’s (if the site has them) and pretty much anything else, even passwords in some cases..
Of course it should be easy to verify if you own the address, doing something as simple as asking you to send an email from said address containing particular text.
I’m not sure the mods here have the power to interact with the profiles, so you’ll need to contact the site administrator(s).. Perhaps a mod can help you in terms of contact details though..
hello. wanted to know if the email as input into the profile, is visible to public? say when you reply to a comment, can your actual email be seen?

I can see no way to email anyone, or have anyone email you – I have both my home web page and email in my profile and all that is visible is my location and number of WordPress sites I watch over – I think using the Gravitar you can have more info displayed (several people have a web site with the Gravitar)
Click on your own profile when you are not logged in, that is all anyone can see.
