Deleted RSS feeds?

Heya folks. I was doing some cleaning on my server the other day; deleting some stuff I didn’t need here and there and it seems as though at some point I deleted my syndication stuff. Some of the feed files are on there but they are no longer loading…
Any ideas as to how I can get my RSS and Atom stuff to get working again? I appreciate the help!
