The products should have been deleted from Facebook when they were deleted within WooCommerce. Please make sure that before deleting a product from WooCommerce the sync is disabled.
Since the product has already been deleted in WooCommerce, you will need to remove the product manually from your Facebook shop, for it to no longer be in your catalog.
If you are not running the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, I recommend updating it to the latest version.`
If the problem still occurs after checking sync is disabled, please let us know and send us a copy of your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.
