I see that you are using W3 Total Cache on your site (I can see the comment that it puts at the bottom of the page in the HTML source). Is it possible that the page is still in the cache and you are seeing an older version? I would try clearing the cache in W3 Total Cache.

sooooo
how can I fix this .
thanks
When you are in the WordPress Admin, there should be a menu option for Performance. Hover over that, click on Dashboard and then choose “Empty all caches.”

Thanks Scott
Now every thing good
Thanks again ..
I am glad that it is working. If the clearing of the W3 Total Cache didn’t trigger it, and it just started working, I would look into your host to see if maybe they have their own cacheing solution. For example, I know that SiteGround has their own cache system as does WPEngine. I am sure other managed WordPress hosting solutions do as well.
Good luck!
