Deleted image by accident

Hi everybody, I’m having the same issues with deleted images.
I deleted by accident in media library 3 images that I wanted to change. By doing this I also deleted all the comments that people made. I contacted my hosting services, they did a backup to restore the files that’s ok, I now have my files and comments back the only problem is I’m missing the image associated with those pages. . I tried to re-load the image with no success. Is there a way to re-load these images I’m using the WordPress theme Responsive. Can someone help. I would appreciate any advice to resolve this situation. Thank you.
