    Hi

Our site is under construction at the moment so the above page is not currently visible. I needed to block an iframe that loads our Hallmaster calendar so added the URL into the script centre in the ‘Block a script, iframe or plugin’ section and ticked the box to say it was an iframe.

When I viewed the page the calendar did not display and there was no default placeholder over it. If I had pressed ‘Accept’ in the consent banner the calendar still did not display. (The default placeholder and consent banner work correctly on the OpenStreetMaps integration that I added on first going through the wizard.)

I deleted the block on the Hallmaster URL in the script center. Deleted my WordPress cache, deleted my browser cache and went through the whole Complianz wizard again. The Hallmaster calendar still does not display. I added the shortcodes [cmplz-consent-area] [/cmplz-consent-area] around the iframe – but on clicking this the calendar still didn’t display.

I tried adding the Hallmaster URL to the ‘Allowlist a script, iFrame, or plugin’ section in the script centre – the iframe is still blocked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am familiar with editing databases directly in phpMyAdmin so if there is something there I need to change, that isn’t a problem. Many thanks.

    Gillian

    Hi @gwuk ,

Thanks a lot for the detailed report!

I had a quick look online at Hallmaster (https://hallmaster.com/booking-systems/online-booking-system/online-calendar-booking-system/) and it appears to be a paid service. Given that, integrating it correctly with Complianz could involve some nuances around the placeholder, blocking behavior prior to consent, and possibly your custom theme, which makes it a bit tricky to troubleshoot fully on an open community forum, especially without being able to see your specific setup.

Would you mind reaching out to us directly through our support channel at https://complianz.io/support? That way we can take a proper look at your configuration, help you get the integration working correctly, and then come back here to post the solution publicly so the rest of the community can benefit from it as well.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Antonio
