Deleted Admin- Assigned all posts to current Admin- No Access

Hi, I had a Test admin in which I made an ecommerce site. After everything was uploaded and posted and was working properly I deleted the account and assigned all the posts under my main admin. It seemed like it worked but whenever I try and edit any files I get- You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. How do I fix this?
