Deleted 404 and Redirection db tables

Hi there, I have accidentally deleted 404 logs and redirection logs db tables. How can I reinstall them? If I delete the plugin (Redirection plugin), and then reinstall the same plugin, would I loose all my redirected items (and would have to manually add them)? What is the easiest wasy to fix this problem?
