Delete wp-snapshot folder

    Hello,

    I am struggling to solve a server error (blank page on edit screens and so on). After trying with some solutions (htaccess file re-setup, deactivating plugins, reinstall wordpress, etc), I’ve found here through duplicator threads that it could be caused by duplicator plugin (in fact, upgrade to wordpress 3.6.1 and duplicator install, both were at the same time, and since that I am having problems).

    What I would need is to delete wp-snapshot and do not know how, because of permissions denied. I’ve deleted duplicator directory plugin and duplicator table (but not previously site package but directly the whole table).

    I appreciate your help.

    If your unable to delete wp-snapshots because of permission issues then you will need to contact your host and find out what permissions you need to remove the directory.
