How do I permanently delete my wordpress account?
If you mean in these forums then you cannot due to a technical limitation. Accounts cannot be deleted, it breaks many things.
Just abandon the account. If you wish to change the email to something nonsensical (random keyboard keys @ nonense-domain.com works)

You will not be able to login and reset your password if you do that though.
