Hi, @brenwale!
Just to make sure we’re on the same page, do you want to remove the WooCommerce plugin or the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin?
If it’s Facebook for WooCommerce, you can follow the steps here: Facebook for WooCommerce: Uninstall Plugin and Remove WooCommerce Facebook App.
If it’s just WooCommerce, you can deactivate and uninstall the plugin from WP Admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins.
I already remove the woocommerce fb app from Facebook and also WooCommerce plugin. Yet the Commerce Shop is still connected. What should i do next?
Hi @brenwale,
This particular forum is for questions which are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. It does not, however, offer support for questions related to any extensions or themes which can work with WooCommerce.
If you wer’re using the free Facebook for WooCommerce plugin you should disconnect your facebook account before deleting the plugin. The connection screen can be found at WordPress Admin > Marketing > Facebook

For any further questions related to the free Facebook for WooCommerce if this is the plugin you’re using you can request assistance on the plugins official support forum below.

Hi, @brenwale!
As Stuart previously mentioned, for further assistance with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, please post your question in the Facebook for WooCommerce forum, so that dedicated support for the plugin can help you look into your issue.
In your new thread, please also include a screenshot of where you’re seeing the commerce account still being connected, just to give support more context.
