Delete Users problem

I can’t delete the user account on my site, when I click delete button, it went to a blank space with the words “Go get a life, script kiddies”.

Is this a WP bugs or its from a bug from the Themes I’m using? Sorry for noob questions, just started WR less than 2 weeks.
