Delete Users not present in CSV

I’m trying to get the deletion Cron Import job to run, but even with the option enabled it will not remove users not present on the updated csv. I have the plugin set to run every hour and have selected ‘activate periodical import’ but it still doesn’t work.

I really need this plugin to remove accounts not found on the CSV file. Is there anyway to make it work? On the plugin settings, it just states “no tasks done yet”
