Delete users from previous backup

    WordPress shows I have 500+ users but those were from a previous backup.

    Since resetting my website I can now only see the new users who are registering.

    1. Can I import the list of users from the old backup some how?

    2. How can I delete ALL users from this previous backup if I can’t see them in WP Admin?
