This is formalizing a request that I made in a previous support email.

I would like to see Approve / Deny / Delete options. Both Approve and Deny result in custom messages being sent to the requestor. I would like a Delete option that removes the Pending item from my list, but does NOT let the requestor know.

I made this request because I’m getting more and more user requests (registrations). I firmly believe it is because when I Deny other requests, the sender then knows that there is something responding and encourages them to send more, even from other domains.

My Blacklist list is getting rather long. I will not Deny requests until the Delete option is available, which means that I could get many Pending requests that I want to Delete.

    Hi @dsiv,

Thank you for following up and clarifying your request.

At the moment, while there isn’t a dedicated “Delete” button within the Pending Requests interface, you can achieve the same outcome by deleting the user directly from the Users tab. When you delete a user from there, no notification is sent to the requester; the entry is simply removed from your system.

We understand your concern about Deny messages potentially encouraging more unwanted submissions, and we’ve noted your request for a more streamlined Delete option within the Pending view. I’ve passed this feedback along to our product team for consideration in future updates.

    Thank you

I opened the “Users” tab and I searched for a way to delete unwanted users. Is it there and I’m just not seeing it?

I found the Users -> Delete option.

Thank you for still considering a “Delete” option under NUA.
