Delete old avatars automatically

Old avatars can’t be reused and just sit on the server taking up space. When a new avatar is uploaded by a user, can their old one be deleted?

EDIT: Please close this ticket – old avatars are deleted! I didn’t see unlink() in the plugin file. Apologies.
