Delete images is hanging

I’m trying to clear up the unused images on an ecommerce site. I found your plugin which seems to do the trick just nicely, however I’ve 9000+ images to delete, but it will only delete 2 or 3 at a time and then just hangs until I refresh the screen.

Is this something you’ve seen before?
