Delete Comment

    Hello,

    To disable comments on any future content, From the WordPress dashboard go to “Settings -> Discussion” and uncheck the box labeled “Allow people to post comments on new articles.”

    You will also need to disable comments for pages or posts that have already been created. This can be done using the quick edit option on the listing of pages and posts in the WP Dashboard.

    Hi Bred,
    Thanks so much for awake answer here.
    I´m afraid that it doesn´t solve my problem. I have “unchecked” the
    labelled “Allow people to post comm…”, but I don’t know where to
    disable comments for my seprate pages. I´m got four pages – on the two of them, the Comments are gone ;-).., but on the other two, the Comments are still there(!?).
    Maybe I am missing something.. (?).

    When you are viewing all of your sites pages from the WP dashboard, each page will have a “Quick Edit” link. Click that and you can find a checkbox to disable comments there.

    I have attached a simple screenshot to show the “Quick Edit” link.
