Seems that you have cache related issue, please clear cached data and check again in the incognito browser.
If you are running any cache 3rd party plugins disable it temporarily.

This cart icon is not provided by the theme options or add-ons, so it means that you used some related 3rd party plugins or custom scripts to display it, remove this plugin or script to remove the cart icon completely.
