There are two ways using which you can delete all the abandoned carts at once.
One way is, you can select the top checkbox of the “Id” column present on the Abandoned Orders page. Then select the “Delete” option from the Bulk actions and click on the “Apply” button on the Abandoned Orders page. This will delete all the abandoned carts in one click which were listed on a single page. https://www.screencast.com/t/jPysJtss2
Another way is, you can set the value as 1 for the “Automatically Delete Abandoned Orders after X days” setting of our plugin. This setting is located at WooCommerce -> Abandoned Carts -> Settings -> General Settings. This will delete all the abandoned carts captured on your site before 1 day.
After that, please change this value of 1 day to some other value or keep it as blank. Otherwise, the abandoned carts capture on your site in the future will get deleted after 1 day.
If you don’t want to capture the visitor carts in our plugin where the user leaves the website without entering any details on the Checkout page like Name or Email address then you can disable the setting “Start tracking from Cart Page”. This setting is located at WooCommerce -> Abandoned Carts -> Settings -> General Settings. Disabling this setting will not capture the visitor’s cart on the website.
