Definitely worth trying

I use wp cache and this does help with pagespeed score when combined. Remember to clear cache of WP cache and try in an incognito window before you say it isnt working.

I recently noticed this plugin and have since been following the author, and I must say he is one of the most active, not for profit plugin devs out there and I really appreciate his time and work he puts into this well written plugin.
