Defining width

Hello,

i have installed this theme, and it works great, nice and clean and fast loading. I am more than happy with it.

However, i am trying to customize it a little and i cant work out how to do the following:

1. When i change the width (in options, main area and under header-Force image into this width, in pixels:, it changes the width but the main body area of the blog ends up way down the page with just the title and tag left up at the top, i have to scroll quite a way down to get to the content.

2. i get exactly the same issue when i try and add a logo.

Any help would be much appreciated.
