Define custom disqus_url ?

Is there anyway to override the post permalink used in the disqus configuration object ? I am developping a network of websites that have different variations of url’s (for different regions) but the same canonical, and wish to be able to apply this canonical to disqus, to centralise the discussions of the different websites.

Anyone knows a solution ? Thanks!
