Defer parsing JavaScript

Hi!
I ran my site with http://gtmetrix.com and it says the following:
130.0KiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering.

I read how to do that on https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/best-practices/payload?hl=ru&csw=1#DeferLoadingJS
But I am a newbie 🙁 in this, I will really appreciate that if you will share your knowledge with me and tell me step by step what I should do.
