Default Time format help

    Hello,

    I’m new to wordpress and I was just trying to fix my default time format, it is currently g:i A, but that is not the correct time for my area. My time zone is:

    (GMT-05:00)Eastern Time(US&Canada)

    I just need the code for the above time zone.
