Default payment selection

    I’m about to launch an e-commerce store for a client.
    Using off-the-shelf WooCommerce plugin
    Only using two forms of payment (cash in-store pickup or Square credit card portal)

    How do I have the checkout option show the credit card as “default” and present the open CC form?

    Also, the “home” menu on Woocommerce goes back to site home page, not to storefront root page. I have seen CSS code to change the breadcrumb but doesn’t work when added into the custom CSS area….

    Hi @drhitch54,

    How do I have the checkout option show the credit card as “default” and present the open CC form?

    I visited your site and can see that you already achieved this. Just for future reference, the quickest way to achieve this is by going to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments and then dragging the preferred payment gateway to the top of the list.

    *Note*: The change will be visible in new sessions, so if you had selected another payment method, logout and then login to see the change in the default payment method.

    Also, the “home” menu on Woocommerce goes back to site home page, not to storefront root page.

    Home in the breadcrumbs usually links back to your defined Homepage. You can change your site’s homepage to be your shop page via WP-Admin → Settings → Reading → Your homepage displays.
