Default order status for COD

    Hello,

    How can I change the default order status of COD to on-hold? I need to do a manual verification before changing it as processing.
    I tried to add filter to woocommerce_thankyou, it works but the problem is before making the status as on-hold, the email of processing order is already sent to the customer, I want to send the order processing only after my manual verification is done and I change the status to processing.
