You can use the Accordion widget. In this widget, one item (usually the first one) is opened on the page load:

Thank you for your answer. I know accordion widget and I tested it before and the first one open on the page load. But I want the opened widget remain open when other widgets are opened. and this feature exist only with toggles.
that’s why it would be great if there is an option to open the toggle on page load (or the first one by default).
