"default" media gallery in "grid mode"

i have strange issue:

+ i can add images to “default” media gallery and browse it via gallery interface in list mode http://zzz.org/love/wp-admin/upload.php

– but when i acess gallery in the grid mode is also not loading

– when i create a new post and want to add featured image or add an image from gallery the gallery is showing up but no images is visible, the load takes forever (>20 minutes with no results). Tried two different web browsers and tried filter by name, no luck.
