Default initial value for plugin

    hello
    I have installed few plugin and activated as network activation, Few plugin needs some setting.how to make those setting as initial setting for all the subsite.
    For example I have installed admin-trim-interface
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/admin-trim-interface/

    I need to make few setting and those setting should be replicated in all the sub sites.
